Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option). We will process your refund promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
