Why might there be delays?

Sometimes, your order may experience delays with our shipping partner. Here are a few reasons why:

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Short breaks or holidays may prevent us from processing orders; we’ll inform you if this happens. During busy periods (e.g., holidays), delivery times may be adjusted. We recommend checking our website for the most current delivery information.

3. Why do you only ship within the Netherlands?

Currently, we are focusing on our wonderful local market and do not offer shipping outside the Netherlands. Longevity & Preservation: We use fade-resistant Inks ( we use advanced technology with pigment-based inks that are specifically geared toward high-end printing applications, ) which are UV-resistant and ensure vibrant colors that will last for 75 years or more. To maximize longevity, avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures.

9. Is it original Art?

True Craft : While the medium is digital, the skill and creativity involved are akin to traditional pencil drawing. Each piece is a true reflection of Natalie’s vision. Every piece of art retains its handmade essence, ensuring that each print is as unique as the artist herself.

10. Is it really made in the Netherlands?

We proudly create all of our prints right here in the Netherlands. By working locally, we’re able to ensure the highest quality while also supporting European craftsmanship and reducing the environmental impact associated with overseas manufacturing.

11. Is the frame included?

Framing is a personal choice, and the perfect frame for your art really depends on your unique style and space. We believe that the framing process should be as individual as the artwork itself—that’s why we don’t include frames with our prints. We want you to have the freedom to choose the frame that best fits your space.
